Registration and Housing


All confirmed Canadian Furniture Show exhibitors must register for and wear badges at all times.


Exhibitor badges allow your staff to access the show floor before hours to work in the booth or showroom. You may also register to obtain Exhibitor Guest badges; people with these types of badges will only be allowed on the show floor during the official hours.


For Sales reps: please order the badges for the sales reps that are exclusive to your brand only. Independent or multiline sales reps must register through the Visitors section of the website.


Approximately ten days before the Show, you will receive an email confirmation with a bar code which you’ll need to bring to the Show registration counters to receive your badges. 



The housing bureau is now closed.

The official housing bureau of the Show is Showcare Event Solutions. They are also the official provider of the registration system, so we combined both services on the same platform this year.


Once your team members are registered, you will be able to book their housing.
